Kidney Health Australia - Big Red Kidney Walk

Kidney Health Australia (KHA) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping people with kidney disease, with a view to improving their health outcomes and quality of life, and that of their families and carers. PPR&C were tasked to deliver a PR campaign to relevant media around Australia to raise awareness of the ten Big Red Kidney Walks and help generate much needed funds for Kidney Health Australia.

PPR&C delivered a campaign that focused on media in each of the locations where a Big Red Kidney Walk was happening. The campaign utilised event organisers, case studies of people who live with kidney disease, the Big Red Kidney Bus, Ambassador David Hussey, local participants taking part in the events and Kidney Health Australia spokespeople.

During the campaign period, PPR&C efforts helped raise awareness of the 2019 Big Red Kidney Walk and also contributed to generating much needed funds for Kidney Health Australia.
