Cultural Diversity Week kicks off with a feast of flavours at the Victorian Multicultural Festival at Grazeland—a vibrant celebration of diversity, food, and entertainment. From March 21 to 23, Victorians can savour cuisines from around the world while enjoying Grazeland’s biggest entertainment line up to date.
Over three days, Spotswood’s foodie playground, Grazeland, will host the Victorian Multicultural Commission’s flagship event, uniting Victorians in a celebration of cultural diversity. The festival’s 2025 theme, “Embrace the Journey, Shape Our Future”,highlights the rich cultures that contribute to Victoria’s vibrant community.
Grazeland Director John Forman says, “We’re proud to showcase such a diverse range of vendors offering delicious cuisines from all corners of the world. We’re honoured to host this year’s Victorian Multicultural Festival and celebrate the vibrant cultures that make our community so special.”
Throughout the weekend, festival-goers will enjoy world-class performances celebrating cultural traditions. Headline acts kick off on Friday 21st March at 5pm, with performances continuing from noon on Saturday and Sunday. Among the standout performers celebrating their cultural heritage are Siesta Cartel, Sorbo Amplio, 155cm, Firefly, and many more incredible artists.
As one of Melbourne’s largest food precincts, Grazeland brings authentic cultural flavours to life with a feast of international cuisines from over 50 vendors. From Zuya’s smoky African BBQ to Colombo’s fragrant Sri Lankan curries and Mr Toum’s authentic Lebanese dishes, there’s a world of flavour to explore. And for dessert? The famous Toyoki Soufflé Pancakes are a must-try.
The VictorianMulticultural Commission encourages attendees to wear their best cultural dress, celebrating diversity and filling the festival with vibrant colour.
