For The Love Of Honey, Very Local Honey At Eureka 89

From sweet to savoury in five-courses this Melbourne Food & Wine Festival

Join Executive Chef Renee Martillano of Eureka 89 and urban beekeepers, Melbourne City Rooftop Honey, to present a honey inspired five-course dinner as part of this year’s ‘community’ themed Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

Creating a sense of community in their hive constructions, bees are renowned social creatures. Eureka 89’s Eureka Tower has its very own colony through its giant sculpture of bees perched on the side of the building. It is a superb artwork that reinforces the important role of bees in our environment, through pollination and food production.

Bringing the community together atop the 89th floor of the Eureka Tower, Eureka 89 will take the nectar from five Rooftop Honey apiaries across Melbourne and combine them with locally sourced produce to present five delicious courses and beverages to match.

Bookings are essential for this not-to-be-missed event.
